Return and Refund Eligibility

At House of Kurties, we aim to provide our customers with high-quality products. We understand that there may be instances when you need to return a product. Our return and refund policy is designed to ensure a seamless shopping experience for you.

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

1. Returns for Manufacturing DefectsYou may return a product purchased from our store if it has a manufacturing defect. A manufacturing defect is a flaw in the product’s construction or materials that directly affects its functionality.
2. Video Evidence RequirementTo initiate a return for a product with a manufacturing defect, you must provide video evidence clearly demonstrating the defect within 7 days of receiving the product. This video evidence is crucial for us to assess the issue accurately. Please follow these steps to provide video evidence:
   • Record a clear and detailed video that shows the defect clearly
   • Ensure proper lighting and focus to capture the issue.
   • Explain the defect verbally in the video, so it is easily understood.
   • Submit the video through our designated return request channel. Our customer support team will guide you through the process.
3. Exclusions We do not accept returns or provide refunds for reasons other than manufacturing defects. Exclusions include but are not limited to:
   • Change of mind or personal preference.
   • Incorrect size or color selection.
   • Damage caused by improper use or mishandling.
   • Products that have been altered, modified, or repaired by the customer or a third party.
4. Return Process If your product qualifies for a return due to a manufacturing defect and you have submitted the required video evidence within 7 days of receiving the product, we will initiate the return process. Please allow up to  7-10 business days for our team to review the evidence and respond with further instructions.
5. Refund Process Upon confirmation of a manufacturing defect and the acceptance of your return request, we will proceed with a refund. You will be refunded the full purchase amount to the original payment method used for the transaction.
